The Connected Libraries Seed Library helps our community grow fresh food, save seeds and share knowledge.

Whether you’re a beginner gardener or an experienced grower, you can access free seeds and resources to help your garden flourish.

Visit one of our libraries and a team member will help you join the Seed Library.

Borrow
Choose up to six seed packets per season from our collection of seven seed varieties, including:
· Vegetables
· Herbs
· Flowers

New seeds are released each season to keep your garden growing year-round.

Grow
Plant your seeds at home, whether in pots, raised garden beds or directly in the ground. Watch them grow and enjoy harvesting your own food, flowers and herbs.

Save
Collect seeds from your plants at the end of the growing season to reuse in your own garden or share with others.

We provide seed-saving envelopes, workshops and resources to help you learn how to save seeds successfully.

Donate
Return saved seeds or any unused seeds from home to support the Seed Library and help other community members start their own growing journey.
