Create a Book Group
Book Groups are a great way to connect with others who enjoy reading and sharing ideas. Groups can be made up of friends, colleagues, neighbours, or anyone with a shared love of books.
Each month, members read the same title, exploring new authors and different styles of writing together. Instead of purchasing a new book each time, groups can borrow book sets from their local library.
Each book set comes with helpful discussion notes to guide your conversation. Many titles are recent releases, and a strong selection features Australian authors and settings.
Register your Book Group
To create a Book Group, register with Connected Libraries and pay an annual subscription of $100 per group.

Join an Existing Book Group
Our Library Book Groups, facilitated by a library team member, are always welcoming new members.
Each month the group will read the same book, then come together in the next session to discuss it with the group.
This is a great opportunity can connect with other book lovers, share your thoughts and opinions, and enjoy great conversations about books.
These book groups are completely free.
