Replacement cost of item, based on retail price (GST inclusive). Applications for refund of items valued at more than $10 must be accompanied by the receipt.  Refunds will not be given for items valued at less than $10.

Minor damage incurs a $3.30 fee.

If a LibsVic item is borrowed at CL by one of our members, and then lost or damaged, in addition to the replacement cost of the item, there is a $5.50 processing fee.
