Connected Libraries Members will be able to collect holds and return items at the Library Lockers anytime.
Here’s what you need to know:
To collect holds from the Library Lockers, members select the Library Locker location of their choice as a pickup location when they place holds via the Connected Libraries App or Website Catalogue, which is available anytime. Members will receive an email when their holds are ready to collect at their chosen locker.
Members can collect holds using their library card. Instructions on how to collect holds will be provided at the lockers.
To return items via the Library Lockers, members can use the returns chute within the locker which is available anytime. Returns will be processed within 2 business days.
Library members can return items borrowed from any Connected Libraries location via the Library Lockers returns chute.
For example, if a member borrowed an item from Bunjil Place Library, they could return the item to any Library Locker location. The member does not need to return to Bunjil Place Library.
