Connected Libraries members can collect holds and return borrowed items 24/7 using our Library Lockers.

How to collect your holds:

1. Place a hold using the Connected Libraries App or Website Catalogue.
2. Choose your preferred Library Locker as your pickup location.
3. Wait for an email confirming your items are ready to collect.
4. Visit your chosen locker and use your library card to collect your items.
5. Follow the instructions displayed at the locker.

How to return items:

1. Visit any Library Locker location, anytime.
2. Place your borrowed items in the returns chute.
3. Your returns will be processed within 2 business days.

 You can return items borrowed from any Connected Libraries location to any Library Locker. You don’t need to return them to the original borrowing location.
