Connected Libraries are proud to join the Sunflower Network, supporting people with hidden disabilities.  

Some disabilities, conditions or chronic illnesses are not immediately obvious to others. 

The Hidden Disabilities Sunflower was created to encourage inclusivity, acceptance and understanding. 

People who wear the sunflower symbol are signalling that they may need more time or additional supports when visiting the library.  

Sunflower badges, lanyards or wristbands are available at all Connected Libraries locations upon request of people with Hidden Disabilities (or their carers/supporters). 

These items are available now and are FREE for those that require them.
