Have you just joined a child member? Head to your favourite library to get a special edition Sid the Sloth Library Card and Bag!
In January of 2024, our new Library Lounge will be open at Cranbourne West Community Hub.
Connected Libraries Members will be able to borrow, return and renew items at the Library Lounge.
There will be free Wi-Fi and Public Computers available for use. Storytimes and regular programs will operate from the Library Lounge.
Non-members will be able to sign up at the lounge with the assistance of Connected Libraries or City of Casey Staff and use the services.
Membership is free.
In January 2024 Connected Libraries is launching three sets of Library Lockers located at:
Orana Community Place
Manna Gum Family and Community Centre
Cranbourne West Community Hub
Connected Libraries Members will be able to collect holds and return items at the Library Lockers anytime.
Connected Libraries and the City of Casey are excited to launch the Library Van. The Van is designed to bring the library to the community.
The Library Van will be used for:
Library Events
Home Library Service
Community Events and Festivals
Local Community Group Visits
Pop up Storytime’s
You will start to see the Library Van on the streets from early January 2024, so give us a wave and a toot!
Please note that all libraries will be closed on Tuesday 5 November for the Melbourne Cup Public Holiday.
