Important Update: Member Accounts During Connected Libraries Transition
From 1 July 2025, Connected Libraries will begin operating under a new corporate structure in line with the Local Government Act 2020 and recent Victorian Government reforms.
What’s Changing?
We are transitioning from: Casey Cardinia Library Corporation (ABN: 38 577 892 449) to Connected Libraries Ltd (ABN: 24 684 380 630) (A not-for-profit Australian Public Company, limited by guarantee).
There will be no change to the services you receive or your ability to access your membership or credit.
What Does This Mean for You?
You don’t need to do anything. As part of the transition, all member account balances—such as prepaid printing and photocopy credit, lost or damaged item charges, and other outstanding amounts—will be securely transferred to the new legal entity, Connected Libraries Ltd.
Your printing and photocopy balance will remain unchanged.
Any outstanding fees and charges will also transfer automatically.
You do not need to take any action.
Your ability to borrow, print, or access services will not be affected.
We’re committed to ensuring this transition is seamless and transparent for our community. If you have any questions or concerns about your account, we are here to help.
